We at Windals Precisions Pvt. ltd. engaged in the manufacturing of Axle assemblies, Banjo axles and other components partsfor the farm equipment, commercial vehicles and construction and material handling industry arecommitted towards continual improvement to ensure quality is culture within our organization:

Our Goal is enhancement of customer satisfaction through timely delivery of defect free products. This will be achieved by Continual Improvement in our quality management system through teamwork and dedicated efforts of all employees

We are committed towards implementing best industry practices and quality systems and processes in order to achieve and sustain zero defect.We are committed towards first time right every time right & delightful customer experience

We will put in all resources and trainings required to ensure our team is continually working towards increasing their skill and knowledge to achieve industry benchmarks

WPPL Corporate Innovation Policy

We at Windals Precisions Pvt. ltd. engaged in the manufacturing of Axle assemblies, Banjo axles and other components parts for the farm equipment, commercial vehicles and construction and material handling industry are committed towards continual improvement.We wish to engage our staff, operators and other stake holders in the area of up skilling of knowledge through training programs, process improvements, customer partnerships to drive improvements at our plant. Through this policy we would like to recognize and award out of the box thinking at all levels.We have definedthree levels of innovation based on Expertise, Degree of difficulty, Impact at WPPL, Impact at Customer end.


  • Level 1: Impact Company

    Better way of doing the same things 
    Cost reduction through process improvements of internal processes not impacting customer related with time, cost or quality 
    Idea generation through participation in suggestion schemes 
    Internalizing any process that was otherwise outsourced 


  • Level 2: Impact Company & customer

    Process improvements 
    Implementation of projects in collaboration with customer that is new for WPPL 
    Six sigma projects with customer to drive efficiency 
    Manufacturing of any equipment in-house by use of In-house talent 
    Any process improvement at supplier end 


  • Level 3: Impact to company, customer and industry

    Any design improvements suggested by WPPL accepted by customer 
    Any material improvement / changes suggested by WPPL approved by customer 
    Filing of IP 
    Submission of White papers by employee on any national / international forum or technical journal
