  • Mr. Udaykumar Vinzanekar
    Founder & Managing Director : Windals Precision Pvt. Ltd.

    Education : DME ( Mechanical) Mr. Udaykumar Vinzanekar worked with Mahindra and Mahindra for over ten year before starting his own entrepreneurial venture in the year 1977. He has been the person behind the vision call WPPL. He has over the years build an organisation that has grown to be strong financially driven company. With over 45 years of hands on operational experience Mr. Vinzanekar has provided the organisation with the right direction and ensured profitability and maintaining and contributing to the financial health of the organization despite volatile Industry scenarios.

  • MR. VAIBHAV VINZANEKAR
    DIRECTOR : WINDALS PRECISION PVT. LTD.

    Education : BE ( Mechanical) and MBA ( Mktg) Pune University Mr. Vaibhav Vinzanekar started his involvement with WPPL at an early age. Known to lead from the front , he has taken the organisation from being a "single product - single customer" focussed company to now becoming a partner with most of the top OEM's in the Farm equipment and Commercial Vehicle Industry. A Techno Commercial leader , Mr. Vaibhav Vinzanekar has been instrumental in the foray of WPPL into new verticals such as Sheet Metal and Forgings and Banjo Housing . The person behind the WIN2020 vision for WPPL , and the aggressive growth of Windals Precision.

     

  • MR. HAREESH DESHPANDE
    VICE PRESIDENT : BUSINESS EXCELLENCE WPPL & PUNE PLANT HEAD

    Education: BE ( Mech) & Business card Holder ASQ Six sigma Black Belt Prior Experience 23 years of Experience 17 years Tata Motors in Design & Development 7 Years with TMTL.

  • MR. VIJAYKUMAR ANANTPUR
    GENERAL MANAGER: DEVELOPMENT & NEW PROJECTS.

    Education BE ( Mech) Prior Experience Over 22 years of experience in Auto Ancillary. Last Profile was heading Manufacturing at American Axle for Banjo Housing. With WPPL Since the start of the project.

  • MR. HEMANT BILGI
    ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER: QUALITY

    Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering , Diploma in Import & exports & ASQ certified Six Sigma black belt Prior Experience 30+ years of experience in Various fields entailing Quality, QMS Systems, Development, Sourcing, Procurement, Vendor Management, EXIM Operations. Organizations worked for include American Axle , Magna Steyr , Sonnax , Involute technologies & kirloskar brothers.

  • Mr. Rajesh Chibber
    General Manager & Head North Region WPPL

    Education: BE ( Mechanical) , Diploma in Mechanical CADD from AutoDesk and is also a Chartered Engineer from the Institute of Engineers Prior Experience With 28 years of work experience he has worked for leading organisations like XLO, Kelvinator, LML, Autolite, Monto Motors.
